Alma is a lead on Booz Allen’s Commercial Global Business Development and Strategic Alliances team supporting business development for strategic and emerging strategic client targets across all Commercial markets. Her role supporting commercial cyber solutions and business development initiatives for all Commercial markets focuses on how our cyber capabilities can enable clients to integrate and solve problems in new and powerful ways. Alma can communicate the real value of cybersecurity to build broad consensus among executive suites, business users and stakeholders by applying her full industry knowledge and consulting expertise while also enhancing Booz Allen’s community group relationships within the cybersecurity industry.

Prior to joining Booz Allen in 2018, Alma played a key role in the successful implementation of the Affordable Care Act in Montgomery County, Maryland. Alma assisted the Department of Health and Human Services on the integration of digital public services delivery through eligibility and enrollment of Medicaid and qualified health plans while providing support for dynamic improvements to the state’s eligibility health exchange system over a period of four years. This experience led her to Booz Allen’s federal side of the house before she transitioned into her current cybersecurity role at Booz Allen.
