Please RSVP no later than Monday, Jan 8th, to ensure we have a proper headcount for the upcoming luncheon.
The event will happen at the Caesars Superdome on Wednesday, January 10. It will be in the End Zone Club on the ground floor. Guests will enter through Gate A on the ground level. This gate is the main gate and can be found faceing Poydras Street, underneath the ramps up to the Plaza Level. Upon entering the gate, guests will bypass the security desk and go straight, directly across the hall.
We do not have paid parking for this event. Guests are welcome to parallel park along that "street" that runs between the Dome and Poydras or inside of the garage. Just beware of signs and payments in the garage.
