Important details:
- Please bring your favorite chair, mask, beverage, and club info/swag/etc.
- There are a few picnic tables, but if you need a table, please bring your own as we have a limited supply.
- Please bring CASH for the running 50/50 raffle!
- We will be building the ShelterBox tents!
- Prizes given for fastest and Team Spirit!
- Wear your Rotary gear! T-shirts, hats, socks, scarves - whatever you have.
- This will be a free, catered event - thanks to Acropolis on Freret! All food will be grab and go.
- Water will be provided. Hand sanitizer will be available. Restrooms on site.
Keep in mind: This is a FUN-raiser and FUND-raiser en lieu of our District Conference. I'm challenging every club to raise or donate at least $500! Share the link with your members, talk to your boards, use those discretionary funds for ShelterBox!!

– Unpack an actual ShelterBox and see the life-saving aid inside.
– Join the friendly competition to build the tent.
– Raise awareness of the importance of home to sheltering in place amid the pandemic.
