Ladner club presented with Rotary International Presidential Citation

The Rotary International Presidential Citation awarded to the Rotary Club of Ladner by then RI President Gary C.K. Huang, of Taiwan, as announced at the District 5040 conference in May, was presented to the club by Immediate Past District Governor Ken Wilson at the September 8, 2015 club meeting.
 
The Citation was awarded for achieving goals that strengthen Rotary and our club in areas such as:
  • growing membership,
  • developing sustainable service projects;
  • giving to The Rotary Foundation;
  • building awareness of Rotary in our community.
Receiving the Citation on behalf of the club was Immediate Past President Patricia Sibley.
