Possibly the highest number of Paul Harris recognition pins presented in one club at one time, in our District 5040 -- to eight members -- came when District Governor Don Evans (far right) made the presentations on February 13, 2018, with club President Ulf Ottho (far left) to six members of the Rotary Club of Ladner, including (l to r) President Elect Kerry-Lynne Findlay, Bridget Jacob, Larry Pretty, Geoff Willers, Richard Shantz, and Mel Baly. Receiving their pins on separate occasions were, inset, Peter Roaf from Irene Forcier and Sandra O'Keeffe from Kerry-Lynne Findlay. The Paul Harris pin recognizes each time a member has accumulated US$1,000 in donations to The Rotary Foundation. Some in the group were first time recipients, others were multiple donation members.
