Wurstfest 2023

All hands on deck for Wurstfest 2023! Every position been filled – great job – and you now know when your are working and what you are doing for each of your shifts. It's going to be another great year and we are looking forward to another fun-filled ten days and nights! Please note the following:

• Parking is available in pay lots, free spaces are limited in Landa Park, and there is a free shuttle service from Schlitterbahn. You do need provided shuttle passes for this service. Passes can be acquired from our club's booth leadership.
• Please arrive on the Wurstfest grounds in plenty of time to start your shift, BUT please do not enter the booth any sooner than five minutes before your shift.
• Closed toe shoes are required.
• We ask that you wear a Rotary shirt and a hat - HATS ARE MANDATORY per the health department!
• Once in the booth and during your shift, the club provides waters, sodas, wine and beer to our volunteer workers. PLEASE be mindful of your alcohol intake and abilty to function in a professional manner while working in the booth.
• Booth clean-up will be immediately followeing our October 18th meeting.
• Booth training will be held at the Wurstfest grounds on Wednesday, November 1st during our regular weekly meeing time. Lunch will be served. All club member are required to attend.
• Above all else, have a great and safe time!
