Any the winners are...
The Rotary Club of Rockville Connecticut had the privilege of presenting annual scholarships to four well deserving high school seniors. In attendance at the September 14, 2017 Rotary meeting to receive their scholarships were Michael Slaney of Tolland High School who will be attending Gallanuet University in Washington DC and Laura Lee Costello of Rockville High School who will be attending Emmanuel University in Boston Massachusetts. In addition, Shannon Skivington who will be attending the University of Kentucky and Ayesha Ibrahim who will be attending Manchester Community College, both from Rockville High School were also Scholarship recipients, however they were not able to attend the Rotary meeting. Through the sale of roses, the Rockville Rotary Club has been offering scholarships to eligible students attending Rockville, Ellington and Tolland high schools for over 20 years. We are very proud of all the winners and excited to be able to offer our support! Please come back and visit us any time!
