Foundation Seminar

Our District is fortunate to have a unique opportunity to learn more about the Rotary Foundation from not one but two Rotary “experts”.  Beth Garrow, Regional Major Gifts Officer and Steven Solomon, Senior Annual Giving Officer, will travel to Hawaii in January 2018 and give presentations on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, in Hilo and in Kona.

On Oahu, a two-hour seminar will be held on Monday, January 22, from 4:00-6:00 PM.  The seminar is tentatively scheduled to be held at the Ilima Hotel.  Space is limited to 40 persons.  We are looking for another venue that will accommodate more attendees.  And best of all, the seminar is FREE!

So sign up now for this once in a lifetime opportunity.  Both Steven and Beth have a wealth of knowledge to share with anyone who wishes to learn more about the Rotary Foundation. 

The Oahu Foundation Dinner will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the Jade Dynasty Restaurant, $50 per person.  You can sign up at the link for “Rotary Foundation Dinner” on the District web site.

On the neighbor islands, Beth and Steven’s presentations will be coupled with the island’s Foundation dinner/reception.  Neighbor island Rotarians should contact their club’s Assistant Governors for information.
