Event registration and information

Online registration is now open for district governors-elect, their partners, and observers.

District governors-elect and partners

Register by 3 October 2022.

Partners must be in Rotary's database before they register. Contact data@rotary.org to update your records.

Vaccination is required to attend the International Assembly as an in-person event. Vaccination attestation and verification will be a separate process from registration. Attestation will be due by 3 October 2022 and is required before booking travel. Verification will be due by 15 November 2022. See the safety section below for more information.

Family members of governors-elect

District governors-elect can register their children to attend general sessions and banquets, at the family's expense. Children 18 and under must always be accompanied by an adult caretaker who is not attending as an official program participant. Participants of the partner program may not serve as caretakers of minor children during the assembly.

Observers

You must be a current or past district governor to attend the assembly as an observer. All registrations must be submitted by Monday, 3 October, for directors-nominee, past RI presidents, past TRF chairs, regional magazine editors, and RIBI. Observers can register online through 15 December or on-site beginning 8 January 2023.
