The Rotary Club of Avalon Northeast recently presented a Paul Harris Fellowship to Past President Tim Bell. Tim has been a Rotarian since 1999 and has been quite active within the Club. He has served on numerous Committees, the Board, Executive and as President of the Club in 2007-08 a year in which Tim served not only as President but as his own Club Secretary as well. Tim has been a notable contributor as a driving member of the Club's Annual Lobster Dinner and Auction Committee. In 2008, Tim helped to establish the Rotary Club of Avalon Northeast's Charitable Foundation and served as its first Chair. Tim was a significant supporter and player of the Club's Significant Achievement Award Project, the Rotary Paradise Youth Center, and was Club President during the Official Opening of the Center in June of 2008.
