Change of Command

On a cold July 7th evening at Rotary Topsail Beach Park, President Randy Dawe presents Past President Rick Spracklin with a commemorative plaque and gavel to recognize Rick's contribution this past year. Club members Tim Bell and Noel Andrews look on. Club members, family and friends gathered at the Park for a Bbq Social to start the new Rotary Year.
