We plan to  talk about this past year, what worked, what didn't and what changes, if any, need to be made for next year.  Everyone is invited to join in, and if you can't make it but have ideas, please forward them to me.  Some of the things we will be talking about:  price changes, adding a tip jar, credit card payments, food safety training, adding dessert items, and the best ways to schedule volunteers.
