Fines, Happy Bucks, Confessions:
- Dianne offered a happy buck in honor of the first day of school.
- Gary Hopkins contributed a buck for the Pal-Mac Varsity Football team’s first game and first win.
- Margaret returned to us this week, bearing a happy buck for the closing of the Cowlick till next season.
- Cindy reports that Laura and the kids have moved in.  She also confessed to a trip to Virginia Beach, and announced that her chickens are laying, so watch for fresh eggs!
- Joan shared a happy buck, informing us that she and Roger raised $170 selling tickets at Breen’s on Saturday.

Notes and Updates for the Club:
• District Golf Tournament is coming up on September 14th.  We have a fearsome foursome registered.
• President Dianne reminds us that Dues are due.  There are a handful who still owe.  If you have any questions, please contact Tom.
• RL Concessions reports net receipts up $3,000 over last year and presented our club a check for $7726.17.
• Rotary Leadership Institute will be held November 3rd at the Canandaigua Inn on the Lake.
• Canaltown Days is September 15 and 16.  Deb LeMoyne is passing around a sign-up sheet, asking people to come help out at our booth those days.  If you have not signed up and are available at all, please contact Deb.
• The next Group Study Exchange (GSE) will be to Switzerland and Latvia in 2013.  For more information, please visit www.Rotary.org and select Service and Fellowship - GSE program.
• Please check your e-mail – Deb has sent a list to some members informing them of their responsibility for scheduling a program for upcoming meetings.
• Rotary Reads will be starting up again soon.  Please see Dianne with questions or to sign up.

Vicky Daly won $10 in this week’s 50/50 drawing and asked that it be directed to Polio Plus.
