Roger Wilbur was released from the hospital yesterday; he had been in with an infection but is recovering.

Peter and Beth Park – 15 years Sept 5

Fines, Happy Bucks, Confessions:
• Dianne had a happy buck in honor of the first day of school.
• Mark offered a happy buck for his son Dan, who turned 23 yesterday.
• Eric went to a youth football game over the weekend; he has three grandchildren who play.
• Margaret tells us the Cowlick had another successful season and is now closed until next year.
• Anne’s son starts his senior year in high school today, and he wouldn’t let her take his picture.
• Leslie confessed that her twins are seniors this year, and she didn’t even think to take a picture.

Notes and Updates for the Club:
- The “Purple Painted Lady” is hosting her annual barn sale on September 21.  Our club has volunteered to handle parking for this event.  Customers will pay $1 per car; all money raised will go to the club.  Volunteers are needed for three shifts (9-12, 12-3, and 3-5).  Four or five people per shift should be plenty.  Please contact Dianne if you can help out.

Dick Kirchoff won $10 in this week’s 50/50 drawing.
