Mark and Kim Clement spoke to the club today about what to expect and what’s expected of you when working at the Hill Cumorah Pageant this July.  The committee has met and assigned shifts based on the dates and times you signed up for.  Where possible, they have tried to accommodate your requests for specific jobs.  The number of specific jobs required is a factor in the assignment process.  For example, if 8 people requested a job that has less than 8 positions needed, some of those 8 would not get their requested job.  The committee would try to find a job with similar requirements for those people.   The job assignment list will be available on our website after the club changeover picnic.
Mark and Kim presented a power point slideshow detailing the job descriptions and requirements.  The full list of job descriptions is available on the club website(Clicky).  It provides a description for each of the jobs you may be assigned at the Hill.  Some of the items that pertain to all workers are:

• Dress Code:

   - Shirts or blouses must have sleeves; short sleeves are permitted.  No cut-off shirts or tank tops.

   - Pants, jeans or slacks are to be worn.  Capris and long shorts may be worn.

   - You are encouraged to wear your Rotary apron.

• Parking:
