Notes and Updates for the Club:

• Kim reports that the Spaghetti Dinner and Raffle went well.  Our club raised close to $1,000.
• November is Foundation month.  As part of that our club donates $5 on behalf of each member.  A portion of the proceeds from the Dessert Fundraiser, set for January 19, will offset that.
• As in years past, our club will be ringing the bell at Breen’s for the Salvation Army.  A sign-up sheet will be out soon.  We have had great turn-out in the past; we hope you’ll support this cause again.
• The District Vocal Contest is coming up in January.  Our club has found limited interest among the students in the past.  However, this year we will be sending 4 contestants.  Our meeting January 9 will be at the high school, where we will get to hear our contestants perform.

Nancy Schrader won $11 in the 50/50, and added her winnings to our Storm Relief collection.
