• Roger had a happy buck because his daughter-in-law, after 6 months in the hospital, is convalescing.  He also admits to having a wandering dinner badge.
• Bob Yost bought a new motorcycle for his daughter, Heather.
• Anne spent some time in Florida, where she caught the most fish and the biggest.
• Joan took a little jaunt to Pittsburgh to visit her sister, but laments the fact that her sister is moving to Las Vegas, which will mean fewer visits.
• Mark and Kim spent 6 days in Boston, helped their son move and took in a Red Sox game.
• Dianne had 13.1 happy bucks for her recent half-marathon, plus 30 cents more for the extra distance that was added to the course.
• Bob Sloan had happy bucks because he was so proud of Dianne, who ran the course even though she was sick.

Our newest member, Wayne Brophy was inducted at today’s meeting.
Eric is a
funeral director with Murphy Funeral Services.  He was given his Rotary apron,
pin, and welcome kit – including the ABC’s of Rotary.  Please introduce yourself
to Wayne and sign his book.  Welcome to Rotary, Wayne!

Notes and Updates for the Club:
The Camp Onseyawa golf tournament takes place June 1.  Cost is $85 per person.  Contact Bob Sloan to arrange for your foursome.  Also available are green and hole sponsorships; cost to sponsor is $250 and $100, respectively.  Again, Bob Sloan is the man to see.
The cemetery urn project is again underway.  Again this year, we are looking for volunteers to help scrape, paint, and plant 5 urns at the Palmyra cemetery.  Cindy Surline passed a sign-up sheet around today.  Contact her if you would like to pitch in on this easy community project.  Work is scheduled for May 16, 17, and 18.

Mila won $10 in this week’s 50/50 drawing.
