Fines, Happy Bucks and Confessions:
• Gary Hopkins had a happy buck to celebrate the temperature being above 32°.
• Bill had a buck for Pam doing well after surgery.
• Nancy went to Philadelphia for the flower show; had a good time although the weather was bleh.
• Tim’s had a happy buck for his wife’s birthday on Saturday.  He pitched in another buck, being happy Pam made it through surgery so she can take over for him as AG.
• Mark and Kim went snowmobiling in Oseola with the Blazeys.  At one point, Kim went airborne, but is fine.
• Pam is happy to be back to Rotary and offered a buck for that.
• Jim Bush called out Bob Yost (and paid a fink-fine).
• Bob Yost confessed that to an error in judgment:  he decided his snowblower would make it up the ramp outside the home as it has before, but this time the ramp collapsed, trapping him in the tractor.  A call to the neighbors got him out of the tight spot.
• Dianne gave a happy buck for the chance to see Rory perform with the all-county chorus at Red Creek.
• Dave Read told us that Mary’s school is going to play in the class C1 championship.

Singing:
“R-O-T-A-R-Y” was our song today, with an added verse about S-P-R-I-N-G coming soon.

Dianne Sloan presents Oratorical Contestant Phoebe Eckler

We were joined today by Pal-Mac student Phoebe Eckler.  Phoebe is our club’s representative in the District Oratorical Contest.  Each year, student from all over the district compete for scholarship money by presenting a speech about ethics and the four-way test.  Phoebe impressed us with her speech today, and we wish her success in the competition.  Her next stop will the semi-final round.  If selected there, she would go on to the final round at Monroe Community College on March 21st.

Bob Ike was again the winner of this week’s 50/50 drawing; he donated his winnings to our visiting student.
