Songmistress Kim led the group in “If I Had An Apron” (to the tune of “If I Had A Hammer”).  Some managed to follow.

Autumn Sloan – 7 on June 20
Kim Clement – June 18

Fines, Happy Bucks, Confessions:
- Gene pitched in a happy buck, because although the Yankees lost, the Miami Heat were still in it.
- Chase happy-bucked for the Braves.
- Kim had a happy buck hat trick – her Dad is feeling better, her granddaughter was with us at the meeting, and she had fun waterskiing last weekend.
- Cortney offered a buck in honor of her Dad’s birthday party.
- Bob Sloan had a fantastic Father’s Day with his kids.
- Dave Pray has new glasses!
- Anne confessed to passing Joey, who was walking to the meeting on a 90o day, without stopping to offer her a ride.  She claimed she was focused on the driving.

Notes and Updates for the Club:
• Remember that the club Changeover Picnic is Wednesday, June 27 at Gravino Park.  Social hour begins at 5:30 with dinner to follow at around 6:30.  The cost is $6 per person.
• Our board of directors had their monthly meeting on June 19 and have decided to donate $500 to “A Ride With Matt” which was the topic of last week’s program.  (See bulletin for 6-13-12)
• On August 1 our new District Governor, Gaven Hurley, will be making his official club visit. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Corrections:

In last week’s bulletin, there was an editing error, which made it appear that 4 members from our club were planning to attend the Club Changeover Picnic.  Four members planned to attend the District Changeover Picnic on the 20th.  There are significantly more members planning to attend our picnic on the 27th.

Also in that same bulletin, Anne Morrell had offered happy bucks for time spent with her grandson.  She did mention a picture of him wearing a cute shirt, which I forgot to include.  Here is that picture:

Next meeting: Noon, July 11, at the Palmyra American Legion.
