Our newly-arrived inbound exchange student attended his first meeting with our club today.  He presented President Pam with a banner from his home club in Miskolc-Tapolca, Hungary.  His name is Szaboles Zsudel, or "Szabi", and we look forward to getting to know him over the coming year.

Fines, Happy Bucks, Confessions:
• Bob Sloan happily told us that the Pal-Mac team won its Youth Football game last Sunday.
• Eric travelled about a thousand miles, delivering kids to colleges in Potsdam and Vermont.
• Bill Dean was sad to hear about Brian’s football injury.
• Peter confessed to a trip to Virginia.
• Anne updated us briefly on Mila, who has returned home.  She is getting used to Poland again; also she passed her GED exam and so won’t have to go back to school there.
• Jim Bush had a happy buck in honor of Gary and Rena Haigh being named Grand Marshals for the Canaltown Days Parade.  He also wanted to thank Gene and Shirley Bassage for their support at a recent Sodus Bay Historical Society shindig, where he performed.
• Gene put in a buck of his own, saying that Jim put on a great show.
• Gary Haigh put in a buck, having been finally released by his surgeon.
