Cindy - happy to be back after missing a few meetings
Margaret - 2 new Great Grandkids - a boy 2 weeks ago, a girl 3 weeks ago - and a trip to Texas for a grandson's wedding, then to Colorado to visit daughter and get 2 1/2 feet of snow.  (Exempt Button kept her fees down.)
Bob Sloan - Rory's success at selling 20 flags for scouts - a fishing expedition with kids catching 3, Bob 0; and thankful bucks for Dick Kirchhoff's generous donation to Camp Onseyawa.
Eric Chapman - Burlington Vt. trip for Kerri's dance team demonstrations.  Kari is president of her group and involved in choreographing portion of it.

 
News and Announcements:
 
- Reminder -  Golf tourney for Camp Onseyawa is June 11th - raffle tickets coming soon - 50 inch T.V. grand prize and lots of excellent prizes of $50 approximate value.
- Kim tells us that Jim Breen has offered a new opportunity for our club to cook/sell hot dogs in connection with a sale on May 7th: Breen's donates the food, Rotary cooks and keeps the profits.  10a.m. - 2p.m. - about 4 servers needed - shifts divided into 2 hour increments.
 
- Hill Cumorah signup sheets are going around - please pay attention to the schedule and if you're new to the project, it is suggested you attend the dress rehearsal night to get familiar with how things are done in this important and major fund raiser for our club.

- (Cindy) - Good weather means we'll soon be tending to a cemetery clean-up project - urns, etc.  Date to be announced, please give it some thought - it's a short project - probably under 2 hours.
 
- President Mark thanked Bob Yost and his hard-working Adopt-a-Highway team for a good job last Saturday on Rt. 21.  Record time, over 8 bags collected.  Crew consisted of: Sadie Doyle, Kim Clement, Ashlyn Hopkins, Debbie LeMoyne, Gary Hopkins, Leslie Vecchiotti, Bob Yost, Vicky Daly, Mark Clement.  (Photo below.)

 
- New Dues Policy - Dues letters will be out soon - no increase, but please note RI now requires us to have all dues paid in full by a specific date - as opposed to our old policy of allowing extended payments over the year.  All members are expected to adhere to this policy. More info to follow.
