            Rotary International (RI) District 6270 is pleased to announce the selection of Alaina Eckert, Sussex, WI, as its Global Grant Scholarship applicant for 2021-2022.
            Ms. Eckert is a graduate of Sussex Hamilton H.S. and of The University of Wisconsin—Madison. She has already begun a dual degree, Master of Science/Master of International Nature Conservation, in a cooperative program of the Georg-August Universität in Göttingen, Germany, and Lincoln University in Lincoln, New Zealand.
Help us assist the Waukesha County Community Dental Clinic in raising funds to continue their outreach to those with barriers  and the greatest need of services. See the event link on the left panel of this web page.
We were happy and proud this week to present Davis with the Rotary Student of the Month award. Davis is a sophomore at Menomonee Falls High School. Pictured with Davis is Rotarian and Program Director Mary Jo McGraw. The Falls Rotary Club presents this award each month to a student from different schools in the Falls & Hamilton School Districts.
Rotary District 6270 District Governor Kola Alayande was our guest speaker at a recent Rotary meeting. President Kola informed us about the new flexibility that Rotary has with it's clubs. With the changing times and busy schedules, Kola encourages us to seek out new ideas for bringing in new members and increasing the strength of our club. His message was educational and inspirational. Thanks you President Kola for meeting with us. Also present was Assistant Governor Tre Waldron. Tre has been instrumental in helping our club survive the downturn in membership and will continue to assist us in our future rise in membership. Tre (L)  Kola (R)
The Menomonee Falls Rotary is proud to once again honor one of our best and brightest students. This month we awarded Harper who is a 2nd grader at Shady Lane Elementary.

Rotary International President Ian Riseley of Australia put out a challenge to Rotary clubs worldwide to plant a tree for every Rotarian. The Falls Rotary stepped-up to the challenge and along with 5 other Ratary Clubs provided a truck load of fruit trees to the Simple Hope project which in turn delivered them to Tanzania.
