NOW IN PROGRESS:

2021-2022:
The Hartland-Lake Country Rotary Club is excited to kick off our annual fundraiser to support our local food pantries—Yule Feed Families!  As in the past, we have decided to focus on financial contributions only for this drive as it really helps our pantries to weather the long summers when folks are not thinking about donating food items!  We also realize that not all are able to physically deliver food items for local drives.  Started in 1991 by the Lake Country Reporter and later joined by our Rotary Club, this event has donated more than $1.15 Million to pantries in Hartland, Kettle Moraine, North Lake, and Pewaukee!

Please consider making a generous donation for this year’s drive.  Donations are made through the Lake Country Foundation and are tax deductible!  You may specify a certain pantry to receive your funds if you so desire (note in your check memo or online if you donate through the link below).  Please also forward this information to friends and family along with your personal plea for their support!

Donations can be made:
By Check:  Lake Country Foundation c/o Emanuele & Haut, CPAs, 142 E. Capitol Dr, Suite 300, Hartland, WI 53029 (mail in or hand to Colleen at our next meeting!)
By PayPal or Credit Card:

Please also click this link to take you directly to our Facebook Page and please like and share the recent post about the Yule Feed Fundraiser!  Watch for future posts on our club FB page and the Lake Country Rotary Splash Pad FB page and like and share those as you see them get posted.

Thank you for your contributions to our club and community!

HOW TO SUPPORT OUR NEIGHBORS IN WAUKESHA:

Waukesha County Community Foundation and United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County have joined together to create the “United for Waukesha Community Fund.” This fund will support the needs of the families impacted from the tragic incident at the annual Waukesha Christmas Parade.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE ALL YEAR LONG:
July 16, 2021:  SPLASH PAD PICNIC - All area kids and their parents were invited to Nixon Park to enjoy free hotdogs and treats, raffle prizes and of course the famous Lake Country Rotary Club Splash Pad.  Thank you to everyone who attended and to North Shore Middle School for partnering with us on this event.

July 24, 2021:  Party In The Park -  Lake Country Rotary Club members were there selling hotdogs at their booth in support of what was formerly called the Hartland Street Dance.  Thank you to everyone who supported our sales.  All donations go back to our community and club supported international projects.

August 3, 2021:  LCR Golf Outing at Western Lakes Golf Club - Wow!  Fabulous weather, amazing turnout and a wonderful time.  Over $5,000 will be used in the Lake Country Area for projects that you will read about here.  Thank you to our fantastic sponsors and all of our volunteers and participants.  We couldn't have done it without you!

October 28, 2021:  Hartland Business Trick or Treat - Your favorite Lake Country Rotarians were once again  on hand to help families cross the busy streets. Despite the rainy weather, it was still a "boo-tiful" evening!
