The Rotary Foundation Million Dollar Dinner - Saturday, April 8, 2017 

To help celebrate the 100th Birthday of the Rotary Foundation, the first of two District 5060 Million Dollar Dinners was held in Wenatchee, WA Friday night, April 7.  The event was a huge success well-attended by many Rotary locals & VIPs.  Keynote speaker Michael McGovern spoke powerfully about the history & meaning of the Rotary Foundation, and especially about PolioPlus. 

Saturday, April 8 was the second of two Million Dollar Dinners held within our District here in Kelowna at the Delta Grand featuring guest speaker Wilf Wilkinson from Trenton, Ontario. The fund-raising goals were exceeded:  $1,571,684.03! So collectively, over $1.5 million (USD) was raised for The Rotary Foundation.
