Our Starfish Fundraiser was held on November 7th at the Barley Mill
The event was sold out for the 3rd Annual Starfish Fundraiser held at the Barley Mill.
Andy Virk – owner of the Barley Mill gave us 100 free roast beef dinners so that we can sell tickets and have 100% of the proceeds go back to Starfish Pack Program

(backpacks full of food for the weekends to support kids in need in our community)
The event raised a whopping $18,462 in one evening!! That’s the equivalent of over 35 backpacks for one year.
The cost to sponsor 1 child for 1 year is $525.
Rod Ferguson from Brentview Developments and a bunch of his associates gave the Starfish pack a cheque totalling over $13,000
Starfish Pack Program is a Rotary Initiative.
