Expectations of STRIVE Mentors
Expectations of STRIVE Mentors:
- Attend monthly meetings.
- Talk with your mentee as to the amount of communication/contact s/he’d like in addition to the monthly meetings and the best way to communicate.
- Notify the meeting facilitator for your school and your mentee if you cannot make a monthly meeting.
- Work with your student to find a mutually agreeable time if a make-up is necessary.
- Bring your student to a Rotary meeting.
- Invite your student to participate in community service projects with you.
