Become a sponsor of The Rotary Club of Rochester's celebration event
May 15, 2025, promises to be a fantastic evening celebrating 100 years of The Rotary Club of Rochester at Rochester Golf and Country Club. If you haven't already, be sure to save the date and make plans to attend. Event details will be available in early 2025. Our club's history is rich and we look forward to sharing our amazing story with past and present club members, fellow Rotarians, community leaders, and honored guests. We anticipate 150-250 guests will be in attendance at our gala event. In order to make the most of this auspicious occasion and to keep the cost affordable, the celebration party committee is seeking your financial support as a sponsor.
 
Sponsorship Opportunities
Gold Sponsor ($2,500)
  • On-stage verbal recognition at the event
  • Sponsor organization’s names and logos (medium) included in promotional materials
  • Sponsor organization’s names and logos (medium) included on event materials
  • Six complimentary tickets to the TRCR 100th Anniversary Celebration Party
Blue Sponsor ($1,000)
  • Sponsor organization's logos included on a banner at registration area (provided by sponsor)
  • Sponsor organization’s names and logos (small) included in promotional materials
  • Sponsor organization’s names and logos (small) included on event materials
  • Four complimentary tickets to the TRCR 100th Anniversary Celebration Party
Anniversary Sponsor ($500)
  • Sponsor organization’s names included on event materials
  • Two complimentary tickets to the TRCR 100th Anniversary Celebration Party
If you would like to be a 100th Anniversary Celebration sponsor, please reply by January 15. (You can commit and pay in 2024 or 2025)
Include your logo or name for use in printed materials.
  • Check – write and mail your check to The Rotary Club of Rochester Foundation, PO Box 7566, Rochester, MN 55903-7566. Include 100th ANNIVERSARY PARTY SPONSOR in the memo line.
  • Cash - Give to Chersten, club administrator, or Dave Moertel, club president and note 100th ANNIVERSARY PARTY SPONSOR
