Ring bells for Salvation Army
Rotarians, along with family and friends are encouraged to show your holiday spirit, share your smile, and sign-up to ring bells for Salvation Army in November and December. The club has committed to providing volunteers at one location each Saturday from November 18 to December 23. There are opportunities to ring both indoors and outside. Please sign-up online here.

Rochester Rotary Grants Committee:  World Without Orphans
The Rotary Club of Rochester representatives on the 3-club Rochester Grants Committee (Ashok Patel, Carolyn Baihly, Steve Sperling, and Judy O'Fallon) assisted in developing a grant for a project titled World Without Orphans. The Rochester Rotary Risers took the lead on this particular grant, and recently share their story.  Click on this link to read about the project and the grant that helped make it happen.

Jeremiah Cook4Kids: Coming January 16, 2024
The Jeremiah Program is grateful to have members of The Rotary Club of Rochester help bring families from poverty to prosperity two generations at a time.  Cook 4 Kids is an integral part of Jeremiah families’ week – a chance for them to enjoy a meal they don’t have to prepare, witness the generosity of others firsthand, build relationships and comradery with other families, and gain more from the fifth pillar of the Jeremiah program – “Supportive Community.”  Our club's next Cook 4 Kids meal is scheduled for Tuesday, January 16 from 4:15-6:30 p.m.

Thoughts about the Rotary District 5950 / 5960 October Conference
