Rotarians, along with family and friends are encouraged to show your holiday spirit, share your smile, and sign-up to ring bells for Salvation Army in November and December. The club has committed to providing volunteers at one location each Saturday from November 18 to December 23. There are opportunities to ring both indoors and outside. Please sign-up online here.

How can you ensure a successful shift? Follow these simple guidelines:
  • DRESS WARMLY. Whether you're ringing bells inside or outside, be sure to dress comfortably.
  • Greet the store's customers with a smile and the holiday greeting of your choice. Thank people for their donations. Bell ringers are best received in small numbers; one or two is ideal.
  • HAVE FUN! Salvation Army bell ringers are an icon of the Christmas season, and pleasant and polite ringers spread the holiday spirit and ensure that businesses will welcome us back in coming years.
  • If your kettle fills up or you experience any problems while you are ringing, please call the kettle driver. The phone number will be at your kettle location.
