The White Oaks Park Rotary Clean-up Crew needs YOU!
With summer winding down, there are only two months left of TRCR's commitment to clean-up White Oaks Park in northwest Rochester. The small but mighty and very dedicated clean-up crew is in need of assistance in September and October.  Phet, a former Rotarian, and her son, Miles have been dedicated to this service, but they will no longer be able to participate this year due to her scheduling conflicts.

Please check your calendar and set aside 45 minutes to an hour to make sure this park our club committed to keeping clean remains clean.

Attend the film screening of The Right to Read, a documentary about the early literacy crisis in America.

Mentorship Program for Young Professionals
Article submitted by Mariana Gonzalez Trevino

The Rotary Club of Rochester is delighted to prepare to organize and launch a second cohort of the Mentorship Program for Young Professionals!

This program was created to pair a mentee (young professional in training or active in any career) with a Rotarian mentor to exchange experiences, explore areas of expertise and acquire skills for personal, professional and/or community development. With this iteration (version 2.0), the program’s primary objective will be to promote reverse mentoring, encouraging the mentor-mentee pairs to experience bidirectional learning and cultivate a culture of constructive feedback that will further develop emotional intelligence on mentors and mentees.
