Presenter: Dr. Abhishek Deshmukh Cardiologists at Mayo Clinic have developed an algorithm and want to identify ways to develop relationships with the local community to employ a screening to detect asymptomatic left ventricle dysfunction. The aim is to improve health outcomes, while partnering with groups like the Rotary. |

Salvation Army bell ringing is a tradition of The Rotary Club of Rochester. "When you volunteer to bell ring, you help improve, and even save lives. The money dropped in a red kettle goes right back into your local community. By now you’ve likely heard that two hours of your time at a Salvation Army red kettle raises about $60 in donations."

Congratulations to Judith O'Fallon, recent recipient of the District 5960 Service Award in recognition of her outstanding work on the District Grants Committee. Judy has not only served the District for many years but has also served The Rotary Club of Rochester as a longtime member, adviser, and former chair of the Rotary Club of Rochester World Community Service Committee, the committee who reviews grant opportunities, submits applications, and coordinates their implementation. 
In February 2017, the Rotary clubs of Rochester held the first ethics workshop and determined with such positive feedback that we would hold another workshop in 2018. We gathered information on what we could improve from our 2017 and 2018 students and table leaders and have an improved curriculum in 2019. .png)
