Program: 12:30 - 1 pm, "District 5960 Governor Paul Perez Rocks" with music by The D'Sievers
This is a 3-club Rotary of Rochester event. All Rotarians and their guests are invited to this meeting. District Governor Paul Perez will be sharing this year's Rotary vision and what's happening around the District. And if you know Paul Antonio Perez, you know he will have something fun planned!
Make your calendars now for our District Governor Paul Perez visit on August 22!
DG Paul will be the main speaker at the 3-club meeting held at the Mayo Civic Center, 11:30 am - 1 pm. We encourage you, as well, to join fellow Rotarians, guests, and a few of the Rotary District representatives at Herring Gardens that evening for a "Meet and Greet."
Attendees are asked to register by 1:30 Thursday, August 22, so we know how much food to purchase. However, if you become available last minute, still feel welcome to join us.
Please take a minute to read ALL the important details below and let us know you're attending by registering here.

Bees are an integral part of our ecosystem serving an important role in nature. In this talk, we'll discuss ways that bees help people by encouraging us to use what they give us. Golfers will tee off about 1 pm and finish their day with a fun round of golf.
Rotarians and friends of Rotary will once again volunteer in the food booth at the Quarry Hill Fall Fesitval fundraiser. This is an annual volunteer opportunity which not only allows for community service but also promotion of Rotary in our community. Sign up here to volunteer.
By now you must have August 30 circled on your Rotary Calendar, right?! If not, why not? As mentioned in the Rotary year kick-off video (https://rotary5960.org/Stories/rotary-connects-the-world), the Rotary Blitz is coming to the Minnesota State Fair! Now is the time to make plans to join with Rotarians from Districts 5960, 5950, and 5580.
We need you and yours (families encouraged) to build a blitz with hundreds of our upper Midwest Rotary Family. And what better way to throw a party than at the "Great Minnesota Get-Together!" We are not the only ones that recognize how spectacular this annual must-go event is. Newsweek recently honored it as the sole North American entry [“Americana at it’s best”], in late summer worldwide festivals.
