Thank you for being a bell ringer!

Ashok Patel suggested Kettle Bells, rearranged by Mark Neville, should be sung each year to inspire our annual bell ringing efforts to support The Salvation Army campaign.

KETTLE BELLS
(Sung to the tune of Silver Bells)
From the Krinkled Carols Collection
By Mark Neville

City sidewalks, pretty sidewalks
Dressed in Rochester style,
In the air there’s a feeling of Christmas.
Children laughing, people passing,
Greeting smile after smile,
And all through our city you hear…

Kettle Bells, Kettle Bells,
The Salvation Army is ringing.
You can hear them far and near,
Ringing to help those in need.

Folks are ringing, some are singing,
It’s the Kettle Crusade,
As the shoppers share some of their treasure.
People caring, people sharing
As donations are made,
Which will help others all through the year.

Kettle Bells, Kettle Bells,
Hear all those volunteers ringing.
Ring-a-ling, come and ring!
Ring to help people in need.

(alternate final verse)

Kettle Bells, Kettle Bells,
Hear those Rotarians ringing.
Rotarians, Humanitarians!
Ringing to help those in need.
