It's hard to believe that we'll almost 3 months into our Mentor-Mentee pilot project. This project was announced in July 2022 by Ashok Patel and Audrey Betcher as one of TRCR's key priorities aligned to our strategic plan and 2022-2024 action agenda. We are looking forward to re-convening the 9 mentor & mentee pairs (M & M's) in early Dec for a mid-point check-in! Thanks again to all TRCR club members for sharing your wisdom and tips, directly or indirectly, to make this pilot project an extraordinary experience for the benefit of all concerned.
