Congratulations Joanne!

The Rotary Club of Rochester would like to extend a congratulations to fellow Rotarian Joanne Rosener from the Riser's Club. She received the Service Above Self Award from Rotary International. The district governor presented the award to Joanne recently. Congrats again, Joanne!
