As a Rotary member, if you've ever given to the Rotary Foundation, it's a good idea to periodically check your donations totals and points you've accumulated towards a Paul Harris Fellow recognition by checking your individual Donor History Report. The report provides members, former members, and all who have donated with total giving summaries to the Annual Fund, Polio Plus, and Endowment Foundation.  It also includes, where appropriate, information on Bequest/Legacy Society and Benefactor Commitments.

Checking your individual Rotary Donor History Report is easy to do - click the "Read more . . ." button to learn how.
  • Go to MyRotary.org and log-in with your username and password
  • Under your name in the top right hand corner, click on My Donations
  • Scroll down to the Donor Self Service section and click on Donor History Report (that heading is quite small, so look for it)
  • On the next page, click again on Donor History Report and it will generate your own detailed report
A Rotarian is eligible for their first Paul Harris Fellow (PHF) when their donations total $1,000.
When their donations increase an additional $1,000, they are eligible for the PHF+1.
When their donations total $3,000, they have earned their PHF+2, etc.
Foundation Recognition points ($1,000 or multiples thereof) can be awarded / to recognize an individual of your choice as a Paul Harris Fellow
