Program: 12:30 - 1 pm,  "The Rochester Police Department Year in Review, and Overarching Philosophy" presented by Chief Franklin

Chief Franklin will provide a comprehensive outline of the PD’s progress, initiatives, and outreach since being sworn in as the Chief 18 months ago. He will discuss the overarching vision, mission, values, as well as, the strategic direction for where the PD is headed. Participants will leave with a better understanding of and appreciation for their police department, the Rochester Police Department.
