Mid Day Meeting 4.28.22

Fourth Thursday of the month is an in-person meeting at the Even Hotel.  Please help us plan for the event by pre-registering. You can pay online, or you can pay at the hotel.  Pre-regsitration will close on Tuesday 4.26.22 at noon.

If you do not plan to eat, please still pre-register so that we can be sure we have enough spots set up for everyone to sit and be able to enjoy the program! If you do not pre-register, but would still like to eat, you are still invited to join us. Your lunch will be available on site the day of for $25. 

*NEW* You will receive a lunch ticket after you pay and/or check in at the visitor table.  Once you have selected your seat, please place the ticket there so that the hotel staff knows who is eating and still needs a plate, and who is not.  We hope this change will elliminate some of the confusion between Rotarians and staff about who is or isn't eating.

Please check the meeting duties link and see where we still need a hand. Zoom will be available and the link will be sent in your confirmation for registration.  And again on the day before our meeting, Wednesday 4.27.2022.
