A buffet lunch is available at the Even Hotel for $21 for those who register by noon the Tuesday prior to the meeting. Lunch is available for $26 the day of the meeting however we do need you to register on-line if you plan to eat. This will ensure we have an accurate head count for food.

Program: Farewell-Vital End-of-Life Questions & Answers
Speaker: Dr. Edward Creagan
Dr. Edward Creagan is a cancer specialist who practiced at Mayo Clinic for more than forty Minnesota winters until he transitioned into the digital wellness arena in late 2018. He was the first Mayo Clinic consultant board certified in hospice and palliative medicine. Dr. Creagan has received the Distinguished Mayo Clinician Award—Mayo Clinic’s highest honor. He completed an elected term as President of the Mayo Staff.
