What a pleasure it was to hear from Teresa Kutynec of the Red Deer Christmas Bureau today an organization that has been in our city for over 50 years.

Teresa is the president of the bureau and has been for 7 years now. As president, she has to coordinate over 200 volunteers and run the board. It was amazing all the gifts that are given to families through the Christmas bureau, from pj's to books to toys and of course the Christmas hampers. These items are all available through the generosity of Red Deer's citizens through their Christmas Wish Breakfast, various toy runs and the boxes you can find at the malls ready to receive your gift. We had a lot of questions after and hope to put Teresa and the Christmas Bureau on our speaker list for next year.
