66 West Grand Opening

All Rotarians are invited to attend the grand opening of 66 West Apartments on Thursday, Aug. 3! The celebration will be from 5 to 8 p.m. at 66 West, supportive housing for youth who have experienced homelessness. 66 West is at 3330 66th St. W., Edina.

There will be a chance to tour the facility, and a short outdoor program will begin at 5:30 p.m. This event will take place rain or shine. Please dress for the weather. 

66 West's community room was the 2016-2017 Signature Project for our club. The Edina Rotary Foundation, along with matching funds from Rotary District 5950 and area clubs, donated $30,000 to put toward the community room. Rotarians also put "sweat equity" into the project by helping put together furniture at 66 West this spring.

An RSVP is required to get important event-day details and parking information. This event is expected to be well attended, and the organizers want to make sure they have room for everyone. Carpooling and public transportation are strongly encouraged as parking options are limited.
