Thanks to Rose and her team for a great business networking day this week. I attended the event in the Blackstone district and it was fascinating to hear about the vision and the amazing amount of work and passion it took to bring the idea to fruition. We met at Scriptown Brewing and got a good history and tour of this cool establishment. We also got to try lunch from the small restaurant next door called Momo. The food we very good and I highly recommend both places. Jay Lund shared what is coming up with the renovations at the Blackstone hotel and all the exciting future plans in the area. It is hard to believe this vibrant area was such a rundown eyesore just a few years ago. Thanks Rose for a great event.
Bonus: As I mentioned earlier anyone that attended the business networking event at either location will get not only attendance credit but also credit as a social event for the Engagement challenge. There are only a few short weeks left to get in your credits. Let's finish Strong! Bling on!!
