Greetings Everyone, Some great news shared this week. A big thank you to the Mancuso's for a nice memento from the Outland Trophy event as thank you for Rotary's long standing partnering in the event. Warren Franke was fined for an article he was featured in from 1999 thanks to John Mock. Just goes to show you are never out of the woods in being vulnerable for fines thanks to your loving Rotary members. Lol. Great presentation by Brad Soderwall from Hines inc. on the redevelopment plans for the Conagra campus downtown. This aggressive project includes rebuilding some of the streets that were once removed to make way for the campus and a whole array of multi-family housing units, office buildings, condo space and retail and restaurant opportunities, and even a boat house. The project is designed to extend and tie into the Old market area and continue the momentum there. It is very exciting to see all that is planned and how the area is being designed to make downtown even more of a draw for activity and tourism. Thanks Cella for another great and timely program. Engagement update. We had our engagement update today with all the extra bling for the name badges. The top of the leader board is below.
