Brett Frevert recently introduced the newest Rotarian, Zac Triemert, the President and Founder of Brickway and Lucky Bucket Brewing Company. Zac is dedicated to crafting beverages with a keen focus on balance and innovation. Holding dual master's degrees in distilling and brewing, Zac maintains three notebooks at home that chronicle recipes and revisions, dating back to the first batch of beer he brewed in college over 15 years ago.Zac is deeply committed to community service, as evidenced by his companies' philanthropic practices. His books reveal that 1% of gross profits are donated to local charities, and 2% of his team members' hours are dedicated to volunteer work. In 2024, his major charity partners include Make-A-Wish and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
