Recently, Scott Kinnaird was introduced by Past President Steve McCollister as the newest Rotarian. Scott manages the business, finance, technology, and marketing functions for the Omaha Kroc Center, a 140,000 square-foot community center which serves as a center of worship, performance, and special events venue, an aquatics center, fitness, and recreation center, and an arts and education center.  Welcome to Rotary, Scott! Scott manages the business, finance, technology, and marketing functions for the Omaha Kroc Center, a 140,000 square-foot community center which serves a center of worship, performance and special events venue, an aquatics center, fitness and recreation center, and an arts and education center. His 30+ year career spans several industries, including healthcare, finance, and nonprofits. His areas of expertise include overseeing and coordinating large business development projects, facilitating strategic planning groups and consulting, as well as market and financial analysis.
He is a native of Hurst, Texas (near the Dallas-Ft. Worth metro area). He holds a BA in Business Administration from Midwestern State University and a MBA from UNO. He and his wife of 20 years, Jamie, have lived in Texas, Omaha, Roanoke, VA and most recently, Bennington. They have two teenaged children, Ryan and Delaney. Scott enjoys sports of all kinds, especially Dallas Cowboys football and Texas Rangers baseball. He also loves to hike, camp, rock climb, listen to classic rock music and travel.
