Good morning, Pete and Dear Omaha Rotarians!
I will be getting your official thank-you in the mail next week, but I wanted to go ahead and share with you the pictures Isabel's mom sent of her in her new wheelchair that fits! This family has been through so much with the recent loss of Isabel's dad (Marc Bowman), and you just made them very happy. Isabel will be able to go out more in her new wheelchair that isn't too small and falling apart. Mom called me yesterday in tears, saying how the chair is perfect, and how much this means to her.
I have to wrap up her file, but I will be writing a press release next week. I am going to visit my sister at Ft. Belvoir, VA, near DC, and I will be out of the office on Thursday afternoon, Friday, Monday, and Tuesday. As soon as I return, I will get Isabel's press release together, make sure you guys get mentioned everywhere on our social media and website, and I will send out the official thank-yous.
