Recently, The Rotary Foundation Chair Heather Legge recognized Past President Aileen Warren as Paul Harris Fellow +3. Aileen is currently serving as President and CEO of ICAN. ICAN is the leadership resource that individuals and organizations turn to for transformational experiences in leader development that resonate with meaning and purpose. Previously, Aileen served as associate vice chancellor and executive director of human resources for University of Nebraska Medical Center since December of 2014. Her 30+ year career also includes serving as vice president of human resources at First Data (now Fiserv) and in positions at MFS Communications and First National Bank of Omaha. Warren holds a bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification, and a Certificate in Organizational Development from the Fielding Institute.Aileen's donation of $4,000 to The Rotary Foundation is critical in the success of RI's areas of focus: Peace and conflict prevention/resolution, Disease prevention and treatment, Water and sanitation, Maternal and child health, Basic education, and literacy, Economic and community development, and Protecting the Environment.
