911 Tribute of Flags Omaha

 
The 911 Tribute of Flags Omaha is proud to announce that we have updated and re-launched our Facebook page today with a new name. Please go to the new page and like/follow, and share to your page asking friends and family to follow. We have also created an event invitation you can share with the community, your family and friends through your own Facebook page. The new name reflects our mission of the tribute in Omaha, and should make it easier for others to find through social media. In addition, we have also launched a new Instagram account: 911TributeOmaha. Here, you can follow for updates, share pictures and see what others are posting about the tribute. Please also invite others to follow us on Instagram.
 
Social media is the easiest and fastest way to share our message and this event, and for others to follow who may not be able to attend in person. It is our intention to build on the vision of the original founder, Lynn Castrianno, so it continues to grow and be a part of the Omaha community for years to come. We will keep both of these accounts up to date throughout the year with the help of my favorite volunteer, my daughter Ashley Cummins, who is a Brand/Marketing and Social Media Manager for the wine industry in Napa California. She has graciously offered to manage both of these accounts year round. Thank you Ashley, Love Mom.

It is truly an honor to be a part of this annual event with the help and blessing of Lynn Castrianno and so many wonderful volunteers, honoring everyone lost on 9/11. We hope you will find time on September 5th to join your fellow Rotarians and community volunteers for the installation from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Memorial Park.
