Brenda Banks is the founder and Executive Director of Cross Training Center, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide life skills training, vocational training and job experience for those who live in poverty.  As a visionary and entrepreneur; Brenda has launched and manages the businesses where her students learn and receive job experience.  These businesses include Cross Electronic Recycling, Redeemed Computers & Electronics, Cross Automotive and Cross Social Hall.

Brenda's prior experience includes leadership in commercial real estate sales, bank management and commercial lending.  She is a graduate of Grace University, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Biblical Studies and an Associates Degree in Organizational Business Management, and is a Certified Non-Profit Consultant through the National Development Institute.  Brenda serves on many city-focused teams and loves spending time with her grandchildren.
