Ag Supply Chain Industry Trends and Disruptions & How Scoular handles the Challenge

Some lessons can only come with time and experience. Through an early career as a commodities trader, I learned to see business from end to end, understand how to weigh risks and trade-offs against opportunities, and how to make decisions in the service of a greater good. Seeing potential possibilities enables one to achieve something previously unimagined. I believe leadership is something you genuinely must desire, it’s not something you just “do.”

As Chief Executive Officer of Scoular, I am responsible for Scoular’s worldwide strategic leadership, a role I have held since joining the company in 2016. An over 128-year old employee-owned company with more than $6 billion in sales, Scoular is committed to creating safe and reliable supply chain solutions for feed and food customers around the world. From 100+ strategic offices, grain elevators, and processing facilities in North America and Asia, our 1000+ employees are engaged in the business of buying, selling, storing, handling, and processing grain and ingredients as well as managing transportation and logistics worldwide.
